The environment was serene, and the

staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our favorite was the private onsen. relaxing in it after a day of exploring was heavenly. One suggestion would be to have more outdoor spaces for the onsen, that would enhance the experience.

I loved the Japanese-style room with tatami. It was spacious and had a fantastic view. The hot spring in the room was a highlight for my kids. Breakfast and dinner were included and were some of the best Japanese food I've ever had. The staff remembered our preferences. 😊

staying at chalet ivy jozankei was absolutely amazing! the japanese-style room with tatami was spacious and super clean. my kids adored the hot spring in the room, and the view was to die for. the staff were incredibly friendly, remembering our preferences which made us feel at home. plus, the wellness facilities were fabulous, especially the sauna!

The spacious Deluxe Suite offered a serene atmosphere, enhanced by a beautiful outdoor area perfect for relaxation. Breakfast and dinner were culinary highlights, featuring some of the most exquisite Japanese cuisine we've ever tasted. Staff attentiveness stood out, with everyone going the extra mile to make us feel special and at home. However, the room thermostat did have issues keeping the temperature comfortable, and a bit more outdoor onsen space would have elevated the experience.
